The Dude is very good about letting me look at traffic charts for devices and links by the hour, day, and week.
However, the polling chart, which I get by hovering over the device or double-clicking the device and choosing the Polling tab, appears to run back only two hours no matter what I do. I tried looking in Settings to see if I could change this default, but haven’t found anything.
So if I arrive at work at 8 AM to find an email from a customer saying, “My performance at 5 AM was lousy,” I can’t see what the ping and http times were running.
Is there any way to extend this history?
Settings, chart, raw value keep time. You can easily send the database over 2gb in size so be careful above 2gb and your server will crash your data will be unaccessable. The default is 2 days. I don’t know why you seem to see 2 hours of raw data instead of 2 days, did someone change these?

I’m not following. When I access Settings / Charts in the left hand column, I don’t see anything about raw keep time. I only see colors and fonts:

If I use Settings in the map window, there’s nothing about Charts. If I go to the Charts window, there are no settings at all.
This is an example of the default chart I am seeing now:

Actually I was wrong – it only goes back ONE hour.
weird…

You might want to install dude in another computer and copy the data folder over to see if that is better.
