Qualifications/Duties/Job Description:
You will be responsible for proactive 3rd Level Support, the disposal, clearing, maintenance of the customer IP/Network Platform as well as the infrastructure concerned. Coordinating measures and activities resulting from the Support. Accountability within your area of responsibility. Providing a ticket-processing within the agreed SLAs. Primary contact for external company escalations.
Configuration, commissioning and operating central Router-and Switching-Systems (Mikro Tik,
Alcatel-Lucent, cores witch)
Configuration, commissioning and operating central BRAS-System (Micro,Cisco)
Operation of Network infrastructure for services based on Ethernet-Switching-surroundings
Configuration, commissioning and operating decentralized Ethernet-Switche (Netgear, HP, Mikro Tik, Alcatel)
Configuration, commissioning and operating decentralized router of Mikrotik and Cisco
3rd-Level Support for Transport Network
Monitoring and optimization of ongoing operations
24x7 on call.
Profile
You have at least not less than 2 years experience in a comparable field. Detailed knowledge of IP Networks. A very good understanding of various network protocols and technologies like MPLS, VPN, Routing, TC/IP, Firewalling, WDS,IDS/IPS, DNS, DHCP, Proxy Solutions, Wireless. Strong,broad expertise. 1st and 2nd lever support experience. Very good verbal and written English plus other major European language. Ability to document results. Willingness to acquire new technologies independently.
