i am looking for light pipes which will work with the RouterBoard SMD LED’s
a bit of urgency.

unfortunately no
found a lot of light pipes but none seem to work with RouterBoard surface mount LED’s
this is really bad.
If it’s a critical requirement, have you considered replacing the surface mount ones with equally spec’d alternatives?
That is to say, desolder and replace the originals if its a only a one or two time job.
that would be pretty risky as routerboard like RB711 also has a onboard radio which might get damaged while doing the de-solder job.
Replacing any component requires an amount of caution and precision, but it can be done.
The LED’s on the RB711 board are quite a distance from the radio though, I wouldn’t think it’d be too much difficulty.

something that has been used in the RB-SXT which can also be used in other enclosures as well.
this topic has now become critical for most of my deployments.
anyone out there able to bring the LED’s to the surface of the enclosures??
