Loosing/dropping TCP connections while using ECMR - bug RC

Helo.
Short and simply:
Connections (for example ssh sessions, java chats, any connection - orientated applications) are disconnected after few minutes. It occurs ONLY using two or more gateways (ECMR). RC1-RC5 tested. The same system using single gateway runs ok.
I’m trying to find my config problem last few weeks, I couldn’t, now I found, that problem of loosing connections exist only with multiple gateways, so I think it’s a software bug. If I’m wrong - please tell me, what should I check in my config?

Possibly this is related. I am running multiple gateways, on separate interfaces as well. Sometimes the isp router will see the MAC address from the other gateway/interface, even though they are 100% separated by MAC address. They then start routing traffic back up the wrong connection. The problem I have been tracking down with DST-NAT breaking in the middle of the night randomly seems to be caused by mt thinking that a specific IP lives on another interface than it really does. Sounds a little strange but if’s true. This is the 4th time I’ve had to get up in the middle of the night and bounce the box to get it working again. This time bouncing the box didn’t even help, I had to disable and enable the interfaces and then it started working. No config changes and things start working again after a disable/enable/reboot. I am sending supout with a detailed explanation to support.
