Loses signal only Smart TV with Amazon Prime

Hello .. greetings to all ..

I have a balancer, at the bottom, a queue manager and queue tree, I have had connection problems with Amazon Prime, but only the TV applications (smartTV)? Via the Web there is no problem like the cell phones, but in the TV signal is cut off or does not load.
Has someone happened the same?

Nope!
If I do have issues, its usually an error on my config, or a hardware issues from internet to device.
