We have a remote office that needs internet access to reach our Citrix page and applications. They have an ISP that uses a Ubiquiti/Mikrotik combo to get it to us. We have a Netgear FVS318 firewall/router on our side for the 8 computers. 1-5 times a day at random the internet traffic just slows to a crawl or stops and they lose the application connections. Most of the time the internet is back after 2-3 minutes. The ISP claims their side is running fine. Could I just be having a hardware conflict between our Netgear and the Mikrotik? Is there a router that is known to work without conflicts with a Mikrotik 493AH?
