I just installed a mikrotik cloud switch and have 1 mayor problem this far.
When toying around :
Set the switch in the lan subnet.
Testing ppoe
I lose connection with the webgui. As in it’s just not accessible anymore.
Even factory reset with/without being connected to the routers dhcp, with the client pc on dhcp/fixed within the 192.168.88.0 range.
There is no way I can login again.
After a few resets it sometimes just pops.
Is there any “failsafe” method of doing this properly as it seems reasonably arbitrary to me this far.
EDIT = setting ip using the touchscreen seems a solid way.
