loss license crs106-1c-5s

Dear mikrotik Team

I have one Router Board CRS106-1C-5S issue with license level. The default license for this model is level 5. So now I show it on license tab , the level = 0 ??? I don’t know why?

Could you help me find the reason and help me get back the level 5 for this unit.
