lost factory default settings after upgrade v6.30.4 to v6.33.5

I upgraded a RB941-2nD-TC to v6.33.5 (from factory version v6.30.4). I only use quickset. I cannot reach it on 192.168.88.1 anymore. Even after hard resetting.
WinBox still connects to it’s MAC address, but IP address 0.0.0.0.
What happened? How can I restore factory default settings?

Have you the routerboard connect with ether1?
Don’t use ether1 to connect with your router.
