Lost packet on ETH with autonegotiation??

Any ideas? If I turn of autonegotiation then everything works…

what PoE are you using? I assume there is something else in between the devices, as the ubnt is PoE powered.

UBNT and RB433AH are powered by 8 port poe panel and 24V/3A supply.
