I have a Motel Customer which has several RB411AH Ap’s. and the password on the lan side is lost. I don’t want to have to re-program all the AP’s. I guess I can hook up serially but it will still ask for password.

Is there anyway to get in and change the password with out wipeing it out and starting over?

I am using ROS 4.17
Also i am adding a new AP and it is an RB711UA2HND with ROS 5.14. It does not have the quick setup tab in winbox. Why is it because it is Level 4 and not Level 3 CPE?

With special CONSOLE line to connect the PC to the CONSOLE port of SSR. And open HyperTerminal, to connect to the SSR. Restart the SSR.

If you have one of the equipment back up.bak file, then you can find it back…

If you got the back up file, do let me know…
