After reboot lost poe in the menu and poe-out dont work.
There are options how to fix it? Update, reboot - does not help.
The obvious question will be, have you tried a long term / stable version instead of a beta version?

Software: newest version - 6.44.6 (Long-term), 6.45.7 (Stable), 6.46rc1 (Testing)
Contact MikroTik support and send supout.rif file with the latest stable RouterOS version.
