lost wireless clients after upgrade to 6.46.6

RB751U-2HnD was connected to 5 trend net THA-101 lamp modules, after I upgraded none of them connect now.

D2:28 is my droid phone, it has IP config fail after connecting and showing ‘obtaining IP’ messages

Quick set shows the THA-101 MACs connected but the MACs are not the ones I set IPs by in my fixed lease table, they are 1 digit higher.
The THA can is also a wifi repeater so I’m seeing the 2nd MAC in each one, this was not the case before the upgrade.

Before I upgraded I could not log into the route using its IP so I used MAC telnet from the edge router and saw a bunch of
messages about IP pool exhausted. My pool is 20 deep and I only have 8 devices that connect so I couldn’t figure out what that was about.

As I was getting ready to post my config I noticed the bridge from wlan1 had been disabled during the upgrade.
