Hello,

I want to desing a Mikrotik with Wifi N, LTE and low consumption.

I know R52n-M consumption is 1.95W
I using Huawei LTE.

I would like to Know wich routerboard I have to use for low consumption. And what is the consumption of this routerboard.

or better is RB411UAHL - Power consumption 1,4W board only + R52n-M 1.95W = 3,35W

Remember, the spec sheets only list the maximum. In the real-world, the boards use a lot less.

readings from 750UP:
1.OmnitikU - 2,5W (AP-mode)
2. SXT-G 2Ghnd 2,7W (AP-mode)
3. NBM5-22 - 3,9W (wds-bridge)

as RogerWilco wrote - spec sheet only lists maximal consumption. That is, with high power wifi modules installed and configured for maximal power use as in - worst case scenario. Usual usage is much lower as rates with maximal power use are rarely used in working environment.

low load consumption is around 3 to 5 W (using 24V PSU) and your quoted power usage for r52n-M that 2.1W also is worst case, because using higher data rates that we are interested in, power consumption will not be as high as that.
