low priority or less bandwidth to big downloads¿?

Is it possible with MT to assign less bandwidth or low priority to big downloads…

for example… if i´m surfing i have 512kbps but if i start downloading a 10mb file, MT assigns me only 128kbps.

is it possible to do something like that?

You could implement something like this using the burst features of MikroTik queueing. With that could give a higher bandwidth for the first seconds of a HTTP connection (i.e. for browsing) and limit the bandwidth for longer HTTP connections (i.e. downloads).
