Low Rx Tx Speed Groove5hn + RB1100AHx2

Hello

I’m facing major wireless issues combining 3x RB1100AHx2 with 10x Groove5hn devices. I have to cover with wireless network a 1600m2 building that servers 500 users.
My main setup is the following:
I have one RB1100AHx2 (router0) device connected on Eth 11 with a cisco router getting a 100Mbps/100Mbps upload line.
Next I have two RB1100AHx2 devices (router1 and router2) connected each with eth1 on router0 (eth1 and eth2), by cable 1000Mbps speed.
Next on each router1 and router2 RB1100AHx2 I have five level4 Groove5hn access points connected by cable 100Mbps speed.
I’ve configure dhcp server on router0 10.31.0.0/22
Connecting Ethernet cable on each RB1100AHx2 device (router0, router1 and router2) and running speedtest I’m getting very good upload and download speed (close to 100Mbps).
The problem is with the wireless speed (tx/rx). Although I have full signal coverage all over the building the speed is very low. I have 6dbi antennas on each access point and each neighbor access point is in different wifi channel. The maximum speed I’m getting is 2~4 mbps when only one user is connected on wifi and when all system is up and running with a lot of users the speed is more low than 1mbps per user.
I’ve tried many things to improve wireless speed (change mode to indoor, change wireless security, no wireless security) but nothing seems to improve speed.
I have noticed that only one led is on (tx), on Ethernet ports that access points are connected on router1 and router2.
Do you have any idea of how to improve o solve my wireless speed issues?

Thanks in advance.

what is your configuration on the Groove units?

Here are some screenshots of the current Groove config:

Also I have a copy of the backup file if you 'd like.

I’ve managed to export the backup file to src mode from a virual machine routeros. Here is the content of the file:
