I’m revisiting this post to ask if there is a solution to the problem of low traffic.
I installed a CHR with version 7.11.2 but I have a maximum reception traffic of 1.5Mbit.
Even by changing MTU the situation does not change.

That sounds like you are attempting to use the free license, with its documented 1 Mbit/sec throughput limit. That license is meant for testing things out to find out if everything is working by showing that traffic routes as it should.
The same problem, P1-perpetual license, VPS from the Zomro hoster - the traffic speed on the gigabit ethernet interface is no higher than 1.5 megabits, there are no such problems on version 6.49.13
If you do a bandwidth-test is the received speed ‘normal’? Or is it also 1.5 mbps?
