Low Wi-Fi speed over the radio link

Two SXTsq Lite2 access points are linked via a wireless connection.
The distance between the units is about 400 meters, and there is no line of sight.
The issue is the connection speed: it does not exceed 4 Mbps, even though the switch port is running at 100 Mbps.
