Can anyone suggest me the lowest price mikrotik router with WiFi and comes with ros7 ?
As I am going to put wireguard VPN client on it so need router os 7
And can you someone recommend me any wholesaler in Ireland or any country in Europe where I can buy 40/50 pieces

about the cheapest model it depends on what you need, like dual-band wifi or WiFi6.

I would recommend to stay away of any non-arm, the best option is a arm64 based processor.
Cheapest options based on limited info:
AX Lite - ARM32, 2.4GHz only but make no mistake, AX-2.4 can go up to 400Mbps. 4 ether ports. You’d be surprised what this little thing can do.
AX2 or AX3 - ARM64, both dual band wifi and they have 5 ether ports. AX3 also has USB port for added storage or USB LTE modem or …
Performance wise they are superior to AX Lite and best option if budget allows.
AX3 is a bit better then AX2 (processor can go a little bit higher due to thermal constraints on AX2) but for most it will come down to personal preference.

My suggestion is the AX2 or AX3 - ARM64 using the qcom drivers
AXE3, with or without wifi enabled ( aka as a router ) its the best bang for the buck.
Depending upon usage, pair it with capax.
In other words, you could have an AX3 as a central node and run many CAPAXs connected to it.
However your stated requirements are sub-optimal to get a decent response.

But all the ax routers are over 50 usd.
I don’t want to make the router as VPN server. I want to use them as a end point to customer house. So I will be using as a wireguard VPN client.
I have a hap lite at home for test and found it has no wireguard interface.
So basically wireguard added on router os 7.
That’s why looking for a basic router with WiFi at least 2.4ghz which comes with router os 7
My max budget like 45-60 USD per router

hAP AX lite, previously mentioned, runs ROS7. I see it at the first site I checked in the US for $59 each. Bulk discounts are usually available.
I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Added a Wi-Fi 6 USB adapter to my laptop and on 2.4GHz through my hAP ax2 I can get 180MBps. What witchcraft is this!
