If use USB 5v power in , the LTE will be disappeared, and noise sound from the router board near the GPS module, it’s normal? DC and POE in don’t have this problem

Stated max power consumption is 9W … which is 1.8A @ 5V. Can your power adapter supply such current? Even micro USB connector (and port) might have hard time to pass such high current.

That’s right, try a higher power USB adapter and a better quality cable.
