I purchased a LTap Mini, not realizing I needed the “kit” version. So I purchased an R11e-LTE so I could have LTE service. First off there are 3 antenna wires, grey, black and white. Documentation says there are only grey and black. Per docs I installed grey to main and black to secondary on R11e-LTE. I got signal once now can’t. Even when it had signal the LTE interface would never go into running state. So, I have an older LTaP Kit. I took the LTE card with cover (antenna) and installed in my new LTaP. All works perfect. So, I know my SIM card, new LTaP seem to work fine. What doesn’t work is the new R11e-LTE card. Any ideas? Firmware v7.13.4.
Lucky you, I am even not able to find R11e-LTE because it’s been discontinued and all remaining stock are empty. And now I am sitting here with empty ltap mini device trying to find proper lte card because most of them could not fit into ltap mini case 
I already wrote to support but they responded that cards like FG621 also could not fit into case.
Have no idea what to do
Where are you based?
They seem to be still available on a few online shops here in Italy, probably old stock.
