Is this normal to the ltap mini LTE using 24/7 ?

As I know LtAP is designed to run 24/7. In my case I reach ambient temperatures of 36°C and still works without issues during 4 years.

I had mine under the windshield in my van. The WiFi module broke after a year.

So yeah it’s designed to be tough but not that tough.
