You’ll need to source a Mini-PCIe/USB LTE card for your routerboard, which should also be supported by ROS (Sierra Wireless/Huawei are usually supported for 3G and 4G/LTE)
No routerboard equipment with integrated LTE support seems to support 3500MHz band 42.
SXT-LTE supports bands 3 (1800MHz) and 7 (2600MHz).
RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE includes LTE modem that supports International LTE bands 1,2,3,7,8,20,38 and 40.
RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE-US includes LTE modem that supports LTE bands 2,4,5 and 12
RBwAPR-2nD Doesn’t have LTE modem, but is ready to add a Mini-PCIe LTE modem (integrated LTE antennas).
