LTE External antennas

Hi.

I have ordered the following antennas for my Mikrotik chateau 12. Unfortunately, the device does not detect them. Is it a problem of antennas or devices?

What exactly do you mean by “Unfortunately, the device does not detect them.” ?

interfaces, lte, modem, choose external antenna.

Default is none, you can choose auto, both, div or none
