I have the following firmware , and it shows an update available:

I have tried to upgrade the firmware via the command line, shows “downloading”, but just seems to sit there and do nothing no matter how long I wait.
Thoughts?
Thanks, tp

It’ll probably never work, I gave up.
Well, that’s not very reassuring ![]()
So I have done this a lot of times. What version of ROS are you running. They have made improvements to the update process in newer versions.
Latest stable, 6.47.2. ![]()
I have the same issue.

Mikrotik, can you please remedy this issue?
Thanks in advance !!

Update:
Mikrotik has provided to me the possibility to update using an adapter from USB to miniPCIe. I bought 2 different models and only one works. The model that not work recognized successfully R11e-LTE but not R11e-LTE-US. I saw that not just any model works with this LTE module. I recommend this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4G-LTE-IOT-Mini-PCIe-to-USB-Adapter-W-SIM-Card-Slot-for-WWAN-3G-4G-WiFi-Module/383443147960?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item5946fe1cb8:g:OLYAAOSwX2teW2jX
With this adapter, I updated successfully his firmware to the latest version.
I not know if I can distribute here the firmware and tools to do the update. To this please contact directly with MikroTik support.
Another thing. Some time ago one of the LTE modules I updated successfully but on resources, the LTE module was recognized as “Android” not “R11e-LTE-US”. Now I reflashed the updated version using the adapter and now yes is correctly recognized as R11e-LTE-US. I not know what happened.
Regards.
