I have the LtAP mini to which I put the LTE R11e-LTE-US card. I loaded the latest long-term software 6.47.10 and the LTE interface does not appear. When I look at the USB resources, the R11e-LTE-US shows up as Google and the Android device provider followed by the serial number. Does anyone have an idea how to correct this or why it is happening?

Try do System > Reset Configuration > Reset Configuration button
And at standard configuration it’s should be work. You should provice some export file form unit to analyze it.
The power supply adaptor is the problem! If using OEM supplied my Mikrotik (12V 0.8A), it doesn’t work 
12V 2A works like charm
