On the phone, I tried with ADB disabled, MTP/standard storage, no change
As it is a dual SIM phone, I also tried with the SIM in etheir SIM port but still the same problem

I hope it can help debugging other issues =)

Best regards,
Yoan

PS: I made a supout but I canno’t attach it directly “Invalid file extension”

Hi,

Just to say that I solved the problem by updating the phone to the last firmware version (v14)

Have a good day =)
