LTE modem inside hAP ac?

Hello!

I want to build an universal LTE-WiFi router with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and external antennas for LTE.
So I decided to use hAP AC, Huawei E3372, angle usb cable, and two CRC9-SMA short cables.
I plan to drill few holes - for external antennas connector and for usb cable and put modem inside hAP AC. (Why inside? CRC9 plugs are very fimsy and I want to make whole device more solid).

So I got some questions:

  1. Is there enough free space inside router?
  2. Won’t in overheat?
  3. Maybe there are some success (or fault) stories about that?

Feel free to advise me any other devices if I missed something interesting.
