LTE Modem not detected

Hello,

I’ve been using my LTE modem for over a year on 951Ui-2HnD. Recently I updated RouterOS to 6.36.2 (and also routerboard to 3.33).
Now my modem is not detected at all, and lte interface is not shown. Looking at “Resources”/USB I see that its still recognized at ZTE,Incorporated/ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM/MF8230ZTED010000, but I can not use it.
Any ideas?
