Hello,
I have 2 LTE modem , and when I enable them I get this error:
“Network mode selection failed”
I have mark only lte \ 3g \ gsm , and also try all option - I still get this error
but the modem is connected to the ISP and working ( I get an IP , ping to google download spped at ~ 50Mbps )
Same problem on Chateu LTE12 - no LTE and interfaces list says ’ network mode selection failed’ above the LTE interface.
I’m using LMT simcard. Sometimes LTE works, but mostly not.
When using the same simcard in my smartphone, there are no connection problems.
About SIM7100 I not have information, best way will be get a AT Command pdf and put proper mode by at-chat feature.
About Chateau LTE12 the upgrade of firmware can solve that problem, this internet can be provided per LAN port, it’s not must be from lte1 itself.
Hi!
Any developments on this?
Just bought CHATEAU LTE6 and I am having major issues.
Model is D53G-5HacD2HnD&FG621-EA
Firmware type ipq4000L
Upgraded to firmware 7.10.2
LTE firmware is 16121.1034.00.01.01.03
In Interface>LTE>“LTE APNs”, click “default” APN profile…And make sure “use-network-apn” is UNCHECKED (=no), and your APN is set for your carrier. (If you don’t know the APN, google your carrier name and “APN”)
