Lte not working on 922UAGS-5HPacD

Hi,
I just bought a NetMetal Ap with LTE support (LTE built-in) but menu interfaces list is not showing any Lte interface! Also if we try to add a new interface a unknown interface error appears ! In Packages there is lte support and also, we have upgraded os to 6.39 (from 6.29 to 6.39) Is there anybody can help me?
thanks in advance!

ok, first the stupid questions, sorry. did you set usb-mode correctly?
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:USB_Features#USB_port_type (if it is internal then it must be set to “mini-PCIe”)
what make / type is the LTE modem you try to use? is it listed here? https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Supported_Hardware#4G_LTE_cards_and_modems

thanks you for support
Now the situation is : internal modem " /system routerboard usb set type=mini-PCIe " but interface list lte tab not showing any interface and is not possible to add it! I just posted a screenshot about it!
It seems like not recognizing lte hardware…

Likely an incompatible modem, or a modem that only supports PPP. What type of make and model did you use?

Hi,
I guess it’s an internal modem (I put sim card into equipped with the motherboard slot ).
Basically I think that 922UAGS-5HPacD is “ready to run” lte without other hardware!
but…

The RB922UAGS-5HPacD does not come with an LTE modem installed. The SIM in on the system board, but you must install the modem into the Mini PCIe socket.

I’m embarrassed …
you are right!! …and I’starting to be too old for IT world!
tomorrow I will buy a MU609 Huawei modem

thanks a lot!

Make sure you buy the correct model for your carrier. Most LTE modems come in 2 varieties, WCDMA & GMS.
