Hi, I have forgotten the password for my LTE…is there a way of resetting this please?

Or, push and hold the reset button for ~7 seconds while plug it in. Then, connect using mobile app using Wi-Fi, winbox app or web 192.168.88.1. Set the APN in the default APN profile under /interface/lte

I’ve tried holding down the reset button but it still says Password incorrect on the web - 192.168.88.1 so it seems that it still requires the original password and doesn’t reset it.

is there another way or does it have to be exactly 7 seconds?

What was the latest version installed on that device ?
Unless you changed something with respect to routerboot behavior:
Netinstall and keep holding reset until it appears.

I have a Mac so is it possible to download Netinstall?
