Has anyone gotten above 100Mbit with LTE hardware? I am looking to purchase LTE cat6 hardware, but don’t know which ones to choose.
We have quite good LTE coverage, with carriers advertising 300Mb/s. I have good speeds (40-60Mb/s) with common modems, but I would like to reach above 100Mbit speeds.
What hardware should I choose? What hardware do YOU run to achieve 100Mbit/s++ speeds?

I know that Cat 6 LTE modem can’t reach above of 100 mbps of real throughput. Chateau with his Cat12 can do it.

What kind of external antennas would you recommend to connect to the Chateau?
I am on top of a low hill, looking down at a city with antennas. There is no tree cover.
The cells are in the B20 frequencies, around 850mhz.
Some MIMO antenna that starts operating from 700mhz. Anyway if is present, see the gain graphic of the antenna.

I am using Chateau12 and my max speed is around 200Mbit with band 3+3+1 (3CA), I’m about 200m away from the cell but the tower antennas are pointed away from me. About my antenna, it is a knock off chinese patch one but it works eh..
