LTE Setup Home Router

I have a microtik set up as a Home AP and then when in and changed it to run off LTE and changed the NAT rules outbound so it would go through the LTE interface. I can ping within the testing tool but when I try and connect and go to the internet it says no internet available (in windows). I have DNS set to Google DNS. What could be missing?

As per above. We need more info to help. Maybe route is distanced more than “original”?
