LTE slow download speed & (limited access) status on Mikrotik app main page

Hi

I recently configured a RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE router with the Quick setup process provided with the mobile app (iOS version).

Configuration went fine, then I made some test to verify Download/Upload speed.
To my great surprise all speed tests made (with different apps or websites) reported download speeds incredibly slower then the upload ones.
Is there anyone who had have experience of this unusual behaviour? Is there additional configuration or advanced setup to unlock download at its maximum speed?

There is also a “Limited access” red message on the mobile app main page (see attached image),
Is this an alert I should care about? Anyone can help on this?

Do yourself a favor and download Winbox from the Mikrotik download side and configure your device via a PC.
Or use web browser and connect to the IP address of your box!
In both cases you can use “quick set” as well!
But at least forum members will then be able to support/help you further.

Speed:
On an mobile network the speeds depend on the LTE network capability/load etc. completly different to DSL/Fiber networks
which always have the same throughput.
Best would be to test the SIM card in the Mikrotik device first with a phone to see the performance you can get at your location.

Also make sure you did set up the APN correctly!!! The APN info can normally be found on the internet for your mobile network supplier.
