Hi MICROTIK smart people.
I want to know what it means where MAC address with all zeros receives an IP lease? Currently my ISP router has 26 leases to the MAC with all zeros. The status of all of them is either conflict or declined, but what causes this?

From memory it happens when you run out of free lease IPs AKA every IP in the DHCP pool is in use.
Likely cause you have too long a lease time and old leases haven’t dropped off.
Pretty basic to check list the leases by IP and check against the pool.
