Hi all
as far as i’m new to MikroTik, i just purchased a new (RouterBaord 1100 AHX2) and update it to version V6.33
i want to do the following points for nearby 120 clients with the router and i need some help please:

Create DHCP for the clients (allowed by client MAC Address only)

Make the users in groups by mac address (some users get IP address and Gateway and some users get only IP address so they can access the network only with no internet)

Block all websites except few websites and outlook ports
-
Make the users for the internet in 3 groups (1 full access to internet, 2 access a white list only of websites and 3 access only outlook ports)
-
Create a list for Guest users that allow to access the internet by username and password (Hotspot) and expires after 8 hours
can i know please what is the Bypass ports and what is used for?
please if that is possible help me with the procedure or the tutorials links for that through the (WinBox) and not only through the terminal.
