MAC Address Filtering on LAN ports and time based traffic_allowance and bandwidth_limitation on devices

Hi,

On a HAP ac Lite with 6.35.2 firmware, what is the easiest way of

  1. Applying MAC address filtering on the LAN interfaces ?
  2. Applying time based internet traffic allowance ( or prevention) on a device ?
  3. Time based limiting of internet bandwidth on a device ?
