MAC in HOST ONLY Network

hi everyone,

I have set up mikrotikOS v6 on VMware and configured it’s Network as HOST ONLY,
( host only IP range in VM is : 192.168.200.0/24 ) Vmware
( and Host range is : 192.168.1.0/24 ) windows 7

now from windows i cant connect to Mikrotik via MAC address in winbox, it gives me this Error :
" could not connect to “mac address” (port 20561) - timed out"
But i can connect via IP address to it ( ex, 192.168.200.1 )

what is my mistake ?
