Is it possible to access a new mikrotik without ip from a linux shell without neighbour viewer or winbox? Maybe with some ARP trick?

As far as i know you can’t do it.
ok, i’ll have to try to reverse-engineering, hope I can do something usefull… It’s ridiculous to depend on windows to configure a router.
but you can use terminal exe which comes with neighbor viewer
