MAC to IP issue

Hello,

I have environment with DHCP so I would like to use MAC to IP resolution.
But unfortunately it isn’t working, see the screenshot.
Can someone help me, where the issue can be? It is a bug or I am doing something wrong?

I have not used this but I think you have to start with at least an IP address in the address field.
Click the down arrow next to address and click on apply and see if you get an IP.

I found that even if you put in an address of 0.0.0.0 and the MAC address, it still doesnt resolve the IP even after a couple of hours. Could it be a bug in the lookup against the MAC Mappings list?

yes, it’s the same, even if I put 0.0.0.0 there, after some days or even weeks IP won’t be resolved from MAC.
Also I just found out, that even IP to DNS Name resolution isn’t working :frowning:

EDIT: sorry, DNS resolution was my fault, I haven’t had reverse zone

hm. additional strange thing:
[device.FirstMacAddress] is returning empty string…
