Mac Winbox access problem

Hi,
When I try to enter from Windows to SXT Lite with MAC Winbox access, I am not able (SXT has a vlan on ether1) . However I can enter from MAC Telnet to SXT from the core.

I have checked Windows firewall, Tools-> Mac Server (all interfaces are added including vlan), Ip-> Neighbors is ok.
What may be happening?
