The only RB433 that I have on my system in one that I put into place to upgrade from an overloaded RB133 with 2 XR2 APs.
ALL the other RB boards on our network are performing fine with the ROSv3.11 - only the RB433.
It will not make the connections and there is no IP traffic over the bridge.
I can login fine with Winbox.
I can ping it - np.
It’s carrying a load of 60 connections split evenly between two XR2’s.
It worked awesome with ROSv3.10!!!
Any ideas??
Also - how do I down grade to ROSv3.10 on the fly from our NOC???

OK - i cussed this thang until I was blue - still blue.
I made one little change - I set the calibration from 1:00 to 00:30 and it made all the difference.
It works - latency is were it oughta be and the truput is good.
Can somebody explain this???

OK - I said that all I had to do was change the calibrate to :30 from 1:00
I thought it was wierd and you said it didn’t make sense - It doesn’t.
Your right - it had to be a coincidence.
'cause it came back today and I have the same problem - even with the firmware upgrade 2.16.
So what else could it be???
It’s driving me nutts!!
Eventually it will allow all to connect and start to pass traffic but it is taking 30 min of constantly playing with it - it reminds me of last years problem that was finally fixed with and upgrade - BTW this was NOT a problem in v3.10.

OOOKKKK - I finally realized how to downgrade and went to v3.10

As it turns out - I had two boards on the network that were doing the exact same thing. Constantly dropping the connections and rebooting or loosing the interfaces completely.
A RB112 and the new RB433 - and the downgrade to v3.10 fixed both.
They both have multiple Virtual APs and they both are using XR2s (the RB112 1ea and the RB433 2ea) for the APs.
BTW - these are the ONLY boards on my network that were having the problem with v3.11 - the rest are fine. I use mostly UB cards so I have a good feel for those hardware configs. All my boards are RB except for a few Wrap and main PC based systems. So all the 150, 133, and 500 series boards are OK. These are the only RB112 and RB433 that I have in AP mode on the entire network.

PS - the firmware upgrade is really slick - very easy - thumbs up and the downgrade is as simple as it gets!!! Great system!
on RB112 you also have Virtual APs?
