make 1 IP address go over specific interface

Hello, i have 4 WAN links setup and I need to make 1 node(IP) go out over 1 of the links for a VPN. whats the best way to do this?

In pre-routing mangle set routing marks for those packets, and install a route that fires on those routing marks.
