Make a skin showing only one row on Interfaces List

Hello,

I need to create a skin for some user who only must see, so read and write, only one row on Interfaces List. On Interfaces List, I have 10 inputs and I want to hide 9 rows for these users.

An other thing is that I want to hide the first column on Wireless Table, the column that able or disable these entries.

Is this possible to do?
