make bypass from specific connection

Hello Guys,

I am glad that i got a good solution previous time with your help. Now another help i needed from you. I have a router RB450 . i have two internet connection on my router and loadbalancing . also i am using hotspot for my all computers in my office.
via hotspot loadbalancing also working fine. now i want to make few computer bypass through specific connection. example below.

connections :

  1. ISP 1
  2. ISP 2

computers ip : 192.168.2.45
: 192.168.2.46

want to do like this below bypass
192.168.2.45 will go through ISP 1 only
192.168.2.46 will go through ISP 2 only

please tell me guys how can i configure this.
