Hi,

this is a mostly customer forum, so to get quick and reliable answers, you should consider to send an email to support@mikrotik.com
And please, post also here, if you get new informations.

Hello,

there should be Tx/Rx signal power fields available. Maybe you can give us remote
access to this device so we could check the problem or send us screenshot of it?

Krisjanis

i sent the screen shot then got this reply

Hello,

indeed, thank you for screenshots. It is now reported as a bug to our developers.

Krisjanis

Hello,

I did receive a quick answer from our developer which maintains SwOS. And
unfortunately this ddmi info part wasn’t included in SFP as it was causing a bit
to high load on switch hardware. Therefore it was decided not to support it in SwOS.

Krisjanis

Hello,

This feature won’t be supported only in SwOS devices: RB260GS and RB260GSP. In
RouterOS devices it should work if module supports reporting this info.

Krisjanis

i guess buying a cheap media converter is better than this switch after all without DDMI the SFP is just like a simple media converter
