Make user interface "power cycle" work on QCA9550L-based devices?

Perhaps this is already well-known, but I would like to know if a fix is possible for the non-operational “power cycle” option on devices based on QCA9550L, namely the hEX PoE, the OmniTik ac and similar devices. I’m not sure if it actually never worked or only hasn’t worked for a (large) number of ROS versions, but nevertheless, it doesn’t work right now and that’s bad.

Sure we can hit the console and turn PoE off and on again, but that’s quite cumbersome on say a mobile device and is always a little worrisome when you want to power cycle the only wireless bridge leading towards the switch device. Would be much nicer if the menu option just worked, which it does for every other type of board I’ve tried yet. Even on the hEX PoE lite it does work, but that’s a slightly different SoC (9531L) too.

This feature has not been fixed yet, but it is already reported. Currently the best workaround is to create a script with similar functionality.
