Manage my Childrens Internet Access $$ REWARD OFFERED $$

I need help please to manage my children's internet access.
I want to be able to cover this typical (and often changing) internet usage requirements.

I want a Set up console (user manager type screen)
I want to set up each of the children to be able to define what they can access and what times they can access these things.

please feel free to discuss the topic here and
If someone wishes to be paid to create this system for me please contact me via annon62@hotmail.com to register interest

eg

Any (non gaming, non streaming site) 7:30 pm - 8:30

as well as the previous options she is to have

YouTube / Facebook 6:30pm - 8:30 pm
Any (non gaming, non streaming site) 6:30 pm - 10:30

I have played with various solutions but they are mostly geared towards ISP usage ($$) instead of Family use (Monitoring)

I imagine it working something like setting multiple alarms on my phone

Why don’t you look into things like Dan’s Guardian or such? This doesn’t really relate to MikroTik equipment.

Dans Guardian, like many other alternatives in this area, many of which are very good, seem (IMHO) to assume a couple of points:

  1. All users are created equal and as such should follow the same set of rules
  2. Sites accessed are the most important consideration.
I was looking for a more “integrated” approach.

My children use the internet for "work (Homework) " AND for “leisure (Active/Games and Passive/Social Media)”.
My issue is not so much WHAT they access … but WHEN … and HOW MUCH of it they access.

Using similar principles to a “Healthy Eating” pyramid I want to make sure they have
high access for “Homework”
medium access for “Social Media”
Low access for “games”

All opinions on this topic will be appreciated

Thanks for looking

You should look into pfSense. Even then unless each user is using different IP addresses its almost impossible at the router level.

yes, u need an UTM software/hardware to do that.
