Manage my RB450 using internet and public IP

I have a RB450 running Hotspot.
I can’t access my router via internet even using Winbox, WebUi or telnet.
I want to know if I need specific configuration on my router.
because I want to manage it everywhere.

correct me if im mistaken your router you want to manage is behind hotspot? if yes,.. we have same issue.
